Transportation
Getting to Traverse City has never been easier. Thanks to continued growth in air service to Cherry Capital Airport, four airlines now provide over 1,800 seats arriving each day from the hub cities of Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis and Dallas-Fort Worth. From June 3 through Sept. 6, non-stop flights are available to and from Cincinnati. Several non-stop flights connect Traverse City with New York City each summer weekend.
Once here, you will find getting around town is just as easy. Cherry Capital Airport is conveniently located three miles from downtown and minutes from any of the hotel and resort properties. The major car rental agencies provide service at the airport for those persons wanting their own vehicle. Convenient taxi service or courtesy van transportation to certain properties are other options.
